DMI’s band rehearsal room was designed and customized for Denver’s destination event band Mannequin the Band. It’s fully treated with sound panels and decorative sound diffusion boards. It features a QSC p.a. with four floor monitors. It’s an elegant and simple plug and play room that has everything you need to feel and sound like a pro!

Podcast Studios

$15 – $35 an hour

Need a place to record a podcast?  

Do have your own equipment but need a quiet place to record?  Studio space starts at $15 an hour.

Need a more open space?  Are you recording video?  Our band room might be an option to consider.

Rentals in the band room are $45 an hour.

Buy 3 hours and get the 4th hour free.

Teaching Studios – $15/hr

DMI also has teaching studios available 24/7.  Keyboards, guitar amps, all provided and with mirrors for vocal technique and better technique observation. At only $15 per hour, these spaces are perfect for teachers looking for a secure and safe environment to teach. At this time we do not have practice rooms available for drums or percussion.
